Water Gardens
Water gardening is a way of bringing in the vital elements of nature and life into your yard, for both relaxation and the enjoyment of nature’s sights and sounds. A water garden will attract birds of all kinds and will also give back to nature what most construction takes away.

Annual & Perennial Gardens
No garden is complete without some color. Annuals and perennials are both good for different reasons; annuals will give you that endless blooming from May until the first frost, but will have to be replaced every year, where perennials on the other hand, have their times of blooming which can be planted with many varieties to give you May until Fall with colors and blooms, but don’t have to be replaced every year and will last, with the proper care and maintenance. Sometimes we suggest using both annuals and perennials to even out the blooming times to keep a continuous bloom and lower the cost of a total replanting of the garden.

Formal & Informal Gardens
The style of most yards and gardens fall under these two categories.  But every yard is a part of a family or person’s likes and dislikes, functional and pleasurable.  Our company likes to build a yard through the ideas and input of our clients, balanced by our experiences, to make the yard both beautiful and workable, as well as make it last.

Vegetable & Herb Gardens
Some of our clients wish to have fresh vegetables and/or herbs in their yard to pick and enjoy.  Our company provides our clients with the ability to do just that. We can help start a vegetable and/or herb garden right, by properly preparing the soil for our client’s planting needs. Nothing is as good tasting and healthy as fresh vegetables/herbs right from your own garden.   Also, children too will get enjoyment from what they grow. How proud will the little ones be when they get to pick the vegetables/herbs that their very own little hands planted!  Priceless!

Japanese, English and Cottage Gardens
Some of our clients have an idea in mind, maybe from their travels, or something from when they were growing up, that make them desire a certain kind of garden, and we are happy to help them make their dreams come true.  Whether it comes from pictures they like or just from their own ideas, we will work with each and every client to make their “dream garden” become a reality.  Over time when the plants take good root and begin to fill in, (after the proper care and maintenance, and let’s not forget the watering!) they will see their garden paradise dreams come alive right before their very eyes.

Trees & Shrubs
We install trees and shrubs of all kinds to add to, or create a new planting. Whether it is for privacy, to cover a part of the yard which is bare and/or unsightly, or just to add that “woodsy” look to your yard, we can help you pick and then install the right tree and/or shrub for your needs.

We provide consulting services for those customers or businesses which need expert advice on various types of project(s), which they may be working on, such as water gardens, landscaping, or any other field in which we have expertise. Consulting services can be a very helpful and cost-effective tool in keeping you from costly mistakes, which may cause you to have to re-build an entire project.

Water Gardens
Water garden maintenance is an essential part of owning a water feature, as good maintenance will assist in its longevity. We offer maintenance services and/or contracts to keep your water garden working smoothly and efficiently all year long. We have a well-trained staff, and a fully equipped “Pond Pod” vehicle exclusively for these maintenance services. These services can consist of a spring clean out and start up, and a fall clean out and shut down; a full year maintenance contract which consists of a spring clean out and start up, several visits during the year, and a fall clean out and shut down; or we can provide water garden maintenance services on an “as-needed basis”.

Rain Water Recovery Systems
Our company offers the installation of a rain water recovery system (for irrigation purposes ONLY). We can provide our clients with the ability to recover the rain water runoff from their roof and recycle it for use in watering their gardens. What a great “GOING GREEN” idea!

Lawns
Our lawn maintenance team provides lawn mowing services, on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We also install lawns, by either sod or seed, or we can also fix an existing lawn by aeration and dethatching. We can also add soil and re-grade a lawn if necessary.

Snow Plowing
Our company provides snow plowing and/or shoveling and snow blowing services during the winter season.

Pruning & Trimming
Our well-trained staff, can hand-prune or trim most bushes and shrubs at the right time and will inform our clients when it is needed. We also re-shape bushes and small trees back into a shape that is both appealing and healthy for its future growth.

Mulching
Mulching is needed at least once a year for two reasons, one is to keep weeds out and the other is to hold down moisture in the beds. There are also more than one kind and color of mulch due to dyed mulches, and if a client so wishes, we can also use gravel as an alternative type of mulch.

Weeding
We maintain flower and shrub beds by keeping the unwanted plants out, thereby allowing the others to prosper. This can be done on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis as need. We also cut back or divide plants, remove, or relocate plants as needed, or as requested by our clients.

Patios & Walkways
We install all kinds of patios and walkways. Anything from the basic flagstone/stone to brick or paving stones, which come in so many different sizes, shapes, textures and colors, which, in turn, can be arranged in different patterns. Having so many options to pick from, our company has the ability to work together with our clients, in order to get the best look that will compliment their individual existing landscape, or incorporate an incredible patio or walkway into their plans for a new landscape planting. From simple garden/walkway paths to large patios or walkways, we will work together to make sure our clients are happy with whatever patio or walkway installation they have chosen.

Masonry
We build walls out of various materials such as local or out-of-state stone, stacking wall block, which also has many different sizes, shapes, textures and colors, which is becoming increasingly popular because of its overall appearance. Installing walls is a great way of using land which has hills, in a new and beautiful way, with either garden terraces or patios or any combination of the two. It is all up to one’s own taste and/or imagination.

Gravel & Paver Driveways
Gravel driveways give our clients an option of having color and texture over asphalt driveways, provide traction in the winter, and will also produce noise, which is important in announcing the approach of a car to or from one’s property. Gravel can also be used in pathways for gardens as a more rustic look. Pavers can also be used for creating beautiful driveways of color, texture and patterns to give your driveway a rustic or formal look. Pavers are also better than asphalt, as they have the ability to move independently of each other during our seasonal transitions, which would normally crack and destroy asphalt driveways.
